One college kid is home and the other is on his way tonight. They’re coming home to a new place, but so far, so good!

The Kroger has just what we need for Thanksgiving (except gluten-free pie crusts for our gluten-free family member; those called for a trip into Roanoke and the fancier Fresh Market). And we will start cooking at the crack of dawn tomorrow, and welcome Jim’s family (they’ve never been here and boy, are they in for a treat!).

It’s fun to inject the same old holiday with something new. A full house is a great thing, especially in a new house.
