It was me versus the leaves today.

Our yard is kind of woodsy and since we’ve been in and out on weekends, it’s been a challenge to keep up with the raking. Our neighbors warned us that the leaf output around here is at a level where you cannot responsibly just wait for them all to fall, so I got to it this morning.

I made piles.

And more piles.

I came in to see what Jed was up to.

After lunch, I got the blower out and got serious.

And now I am exhausted and disappointed to see so many leaves still up there.

I’ll see you again in a couple of weeks, leaves.
